A: Orders over $77 ship free via ground. For orders under $77, ground shipping is a flat rate of $7.77.

A: For stock items that aren’t personalized, most orders ship within 1-3 days and arrive in 3-6 days. Personalized items may take up to 12 days to arrive.

Q: What is the cutoff date for Christmas delivery?

A: For personalized items, please order by December 8th to allow enough time. For stock items, order by December 16th.
